Giraffe images can be very special!
This animal is unique and when you go photographing it you should keep in mind its special features.
One important aspect is their looooooong neck. So you can take a vertical photo to emphasize that. Giraffes are the tallest animals on earth. Males are from 16 to 18 feet tall, while females are from 14 to 16 feet tall.
Interesting fact: Their neck is actually too short for them to drink water. They have to awkwardly spread their front legs, or kneel in order to reach the ground or drink water.

Interesting fact: They are strong enough to kill a lion with their hooves.
Giraffes have a very sweet look with beautiful eyes and long eyelashes. They make great pictures because of their tenderness.
Tip: Always look for the youngsters, they usually have loving parents always looking after them.

Interesting fact: Did you know that there are 9 subspecies of giraffes? The Angolensis, Antiquorum, Camelopardalis, Giraffa (Cape Giraffe), Peralta, Reticulata, Maasai, Rothschildi, Thornicrofti and Tippelskirchi. They all have different coat patterns.
